Michael Coley

Faith-Based Addiction Facilitator

Michael Coley is a seasoned Faith-Based Addiction Facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping individuals overcome drug and alcohol addiction through the transformative power of Jesus Christ. His life’s mission is to lead people from bondage to breakthrough, offering hope, healing, and restoration through faith.

Michael was trained under the leadership of Dr. Mark Shaw, founder and director of The Addiction Connection, a nationally recognized biblical counseling network. Dr. Shaw, known for his extensive work in Christ-centered addiction recovery, deeply influenced Michael’s approach to ministry, blending scripture-based counseling with practical, spirit-led accountability.

Over the years, Michael has served with churches, reentry programs, and addiction recovery organizations, always keeping Christ as the cornerstone of the healing process. His ministry is marked by compassion, perseverance, and an unwavering belief that true freedom comes only through a relationship with Jesus.

One of Michael’s greatest joys is seeing individuals come to know Jesus Christ as their only higher power, and watching lives be restored—physically, mentally, and spiritually. His approach is not just about sobriety—it’s about transformation.

Now serving as the lead facilitator for The Promise – EBCC Reform & Restoration Drug and Alcohol Program, Michael is committed to helping individuals and families across Burlington County and beyond experience the promise of new life. Through group counseling, one-on-one mentorship, and spiritual discipleship, he walks with people on their journey toward complete restoration.

“I’ve seen God restore what others said was lost forever. Through Christ, nothing is impossible.”
