About The Promise

Restoration Through Faith, Freedom Through Christ

The Promise – EBCC Reform & Restoration Drug and Alcohol Program was created out of a deep desire to see lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and the love of Jesus Christ. In a world overwhelmed by addiction, we offer something greater than a temporary fix—we offer a lasting foundation for freedom.

This program is a ministry outreach of El Beth El Community Cathedral (EBCC), under the leadership of Bishop Joseph N. Roberts, Jr., and is led by Michael Coley, a faith-based addiction facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping individuals find healing through biblical truth and spiritual renewal.

Our Mission:

To provide individuals and families affected by addiction with a Christ-centered path to recovery, healing, and wholeness. We aim to address the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of each person through counseling, community, and the transforming power of the Gospel.
